Wherever you are travelling from we strongly recommend leaving early to arrive in good time for the first race and to avoid those last minute queues. Please take note of the Race day signage on the approach roads as they prepare you for streaming into the correct lanes.
CAR PARKS
There will be four car parks in use at Fontwell Park:
• Car Park 1: Free car parking for all customers and hospitality guests. Accessed using the Sat Nav postcode BN18 0SY, just off the A29 towards Bognor Regis. We recommend using this car park for disabled parking therefore please display your Blue Badge for priority parking in this car park.
• Car Park 2: Centre Course Car Park. There is a £5.00 charge, per car, for this area which needs to be paid in addition to an admission ticket. This area can be accessed using the Sat Nav postcode BN18 0SX, situated off the Westbound carriageway of the A27, signposted Denmans’s Lane.
*This is the only area/car park at Fontwell where your own food & drink can be brought on site for consumption*
• Car Park 3: Will be used as an overflow car park only once car park 1 and 2 are full. In the event that the overflow facility is required our stewards will direct you however directions are as follows: Sat Nav postcode BN18 0SX, situated off the Westbound carriageway of the A27, signposted Denman’s Lane.
All of our car parks are on grassy surfaces therefore please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear.
Shuttle Bus Service
Our shuttle service from Barnham Train Station will run from 12 minutes prior to gate opening until the 2nd race and will then resume the service from the 7th race for an additional hour.
DIRECTIONAL ADVICE
From the West: Follow the A27 past Chichester until approach the Fontwell roundabout. Stay in the right-hand lane and take the third exit signposted A29 Bognor Regis. The entrance on racedays can be found 400 yards from the roundabout on your right hand side.
N.B To assist with the traffic management you may be directed to the Eastergate War Memorial roundabout to turn back on yourself and gain access to the far gate.
